The Refinery Program
Our Refinery program is designed for recent Graduates and New Talent stylists in hairdressing.
During your time in the program you will learn how to provide a luxury guest experience by working HANDS-ON with some of our incredible stylists and educators. This mentoring program will provide you with an incredible advantage when starting your career. Full time New Talent stylist have access to technical classes and nationally renowned educators, aswell as a myriad of online education resources. In addition to our mentoring, emerging New Talent stylists will also have opportunity days to work on their own clientele and utilise their new skills.
